Contacting Boomerang Data Recovery?

I have had no response to my support questions using there Help Desk request forms. There is no contact information on their website. No address, no phone, no email address. This in my opinion is a bad sign.

As you can see at the bottom of the page their domain information is private and is registered in the UK. However, I believe the company operates out of Santa Barbara, California.
