A second support ticket submitted to Boomerang Data Recovery

On February 6, 2009 a second helpdesk ticket was submitted to Boomerang Data Recovery Support. As of today the 1st helpdesk ticket submitted to Boomerang Data Recovery has gone unanswered.

"Again, I am submitting another ticket! My activation code has been banned. I have not used this software for commercial or professional use. Please provide me with the information that you used to determine this status. If this can not be provided, then please reactivate my account or refund my money.

If you do provide me with the information requested, I would also like a contact phone number and address.
